Maturity Assessment
A behavior-based assessment of an organization’s Lean Maturity
The assessment examines the organization’s culture at various levels across seven categories: Organizational Alignment, Cultural Enablement, Basic Stability, Continuous Improvement, Quality at the Source, Velocity, and Results. Each category is scored independently and weighted based on the influence that each employee level has on each category.
The product of this assessment is a Transformational Assessment Score (TAS) between 100 and 1000; the higher the TAS, the more mature the organization is on its journey. The TAS is broken down into a detailed report that outlines the observations, organizational strengths, and opportunities, and recommends a path forward to increase the Organizational Lean Maturity.
Transformation Maturity Assessments are conducted by no less than two seasoned Bullet Consultants and take 4 ½ days to perform. Final reports are to be delivered within one month of the assessment date.
