Shannon Barrett

With a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and extensive experience in teaching and leading in warehouses and manufacturing plants worldwide, Shannon Barrett has led operational projects and turnarounds for teams of 100+ in multiple industries in the states and internationally, from automotive to textiles and packaging.
Throughout his career, Shannon also gained knowledge and experience in multiple fields outside of industrial manufacturing, from Government and Civil Service to Financial and Consumer Goods, involving strategy deployment, P&L management, leadership development, Kaizen facilitation, change management, and more.
From plants needing full turnaround to improving departmental processes, Shannon’s leadership has led businesses to increases in savings and direct profits, reduction in overall process lead-times and overhead expenses, and Lean processes that eliminate process waste.
Now located in East Tennessee, Shannon provides hands-on learning for business leaders and their teams. Through Bullet Consulting, students learn and gain experience in Lean Six Sigma in a real-time setting; how to dismantle and reorganize processes, eliminate process waste, increase productivity, and more in Copperhill Brewery/ Ocoee River Distilling in Ducktown, TN.
